Guilds are player-run organizations with a structured rank system. Leadership stability and activity matter: guilds that don’t maintain a proper leadership team are subject to automatic disbanding.
Ranks & Requirements
- Leader: Rank level 3
- Vice Leader: Rank level 2
- Members: Rank level 1 (and other custom ranks below vice)
To stay compliant:
- Every guild must have 1 leader (rank 3) and 4 vice leaders (rank 2).
- If the guild owns a guild hall, those leaders and vice leaders must each be level 50+.
Compliance & Disbanding
The server checks guild compliance daily at server save.
- If a guild fails the required composition:
- A strike is added for that day.
- After 7 consecutive strikes (7 days), the guild is disbanded automatically at server save.
- On disband:
- The guild is removed.
- All invites and memberships are cleared.
If the guild owned a guild hall, it is released the same next server save (items are moved to the leader’s depot when possible).
Guild Page Indicators
On the guild’s page you’ll see:
- Compliance status: how many days remain before disband if the guild lacks required leaders/vice leaders.
- Owned Guild Hall: the name of the hall currently tied to the guild (if any).
Guild Halls & Leadership Changes
- Only guild leaders can bid on or transfer guild halls.
- If leadership changes and the new team doesn’t meet the level-50 and rank requirements, the guild begins accruing strikes.
- If a guild hall owner no longer is the leader of the guild, the guild hall will be released next server save.
- Orphaned guild halls (owned by a player not in any guild) are automatically released at server save.
