By creating an account or downloading the client software, you accept these terms and confirm that you are of legal age in your country, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

You agree that use of the client and services is at your own risk. The software, the game, and all related services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including without limitation warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free operation of the client, game, or your account.

We are not liable for any lost profits, data, items, accounts, or characters, nor for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the client or game, including but not limited to downtime, errors, or adjustments to gameplay.

While playing Noctaria Server, you must abide by the rules (“Noctaria Rules”) stated on this website. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

For fairness and security, the Noctaria client performs local anti-cheat checks of running processes. No personal data or process names are collected or stored; only a simple flag indicating the presence of unauthorized software is transmitted to the server.

Additionally, game sessions may be recorded by saving incoming and outgoing network packets as “cam files.” These recordings are used solely for gameplay review, security, and support purposes.
