Guild halls are large, shared homes reserved for established guilds. They function like houses (private space, storage, beds) but with extra rules that tie ownership to guild leadership and activity.
Acquiring a Guild Hall
- Auctions: Guild halls are sold via website auctions. Only a guild leader may bid.
- Requirements to bid:
- The bidding character must be the current guild leader (rank level 3).
- The leader must be level 50+.
- The guild must have at least 4 vice leaders (rank level 2), each level 50+.
- The leader must have a premium account.
- Settlement: Auctions resolve at the daily server save. If the winning guild no longer meets the requirements at save time, the purchase fails and a warning is added to the winning account.
Transferring a Guild Hall
- Guild halls can be transferred via the website, only to another guild leader.
- The recipient must be leader (rank 3) and level 50+ with 4 vice leaders (rank 2) with level 50+ at acceptance and at server save.
- The recipient must have a premium account.
- Transfers finalize at the next server save after the recipient accepts and has sufficient funds (if a price was set).
- The current owner (leader) may cancel a pending transfer any time before save.
Losing a Guild Hall
A guild hall is automatically released at server save if any of the following is true:
- The guild no longer meets the leadership requirement: 1 leader (rank 3) and 4 vice leaders (rank 2), all level 50+, for 7 consecutive days (a strike system).
- A warning counter appears on the guild page showing days remaining until disband/release.
- The guild is disbanded for any reason.
- The leader loses leadership (or leaves the guild) and the guild does not meet requirements.
- Rent can’t be paid (same as houses).
- The leaders premium account has expired.
When a guild hall is released, all items inside are moved to the leader’s depot. If the depot is full, excess items may remain in the hall temporarily.
Beds & Regeneration
- Beds inside guild halls follow the same global limit as houses: two beds per account total.
- Regeneration: 1 HP / 1 Mana per minute, lasting up to 5× current food duration.
